These Request for Information forms, developed by the ASTCT Committee on Payer Relations, were reviewed by many health insurance companies and managed care organizations. The 2026 versions of the standardized RFI forms are now available.
You’ll notice ASTCT’s standardized RFI forms look different this year. We’ve partnered with our membership and payer colleagues over the last year to make some substantial updates to the forms. We are pleased to share that:
- The excel file included in previous versions has been replaced with streamlined outcomes reporting, including center-specific outcomes scoring and survival fields for both the cell therapy and transplant RFIs, where applicable.
- The year ranges now align with the CIBMTR RFI automated data pull and the center-specific analysis score, allowing centers to utilize CIBMTRs data repository to help complete the form fields.
